Shipping & Returns

Our delivery conditions offer clear advantages for you as a customer. Transparent shipping conditions mean you can shop safely and reliably, as there is no uncertainty about delivery times and shipping options.

shipping guidelines

​1. Duration of order processing

In general, you will immediately receive an order confirmation from our shop system after you have completed the ordering process. Battery storage is subject to strong fluctuations in availability. Please note the details in the item description. We process all other items within 48 hours.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are always included with the item. For multiple items, the price with the highest shipping costs counts.

If you order more than two battery storage units - contact us for your personal offer.

 

3. Shipping Info

In general, the goods are sent using a service provider such as Post, DPD or GLS. 

Battery storage comes with the shipping company. Access with a 7.5 ton truck must be possible. The 

Delivery is carried out with a lifting platform free of curbside. Delivery only takes place after making an appointment with the shipping company by telephone. Be sure to include your phone number in the ordering process!

Local pickup is not possible.

4. Delivery times

4.1 Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 3 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered an item with different delivery times, we will usually ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you.

 

In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

4.2

Delivery time of battery storage:

There is currently a very high demand for storage systems. We keep our stock of availability for each item as up to date as possible. Each product group has information regarding availability or when the item will be available again. We advise you to reserve the item in good time. 

In exceptional cases, the delivery time may differ from that stated and we will call you to find a suitable solution.

 

5. Delivery within the EU and Switzerland

We deliver throughout the EU (including islands on request). Please contact us for your individual offer with corresponding delivery costs. We work with a large shipping network to keep costs as low as possible.

6. Returns

You have 14 days to send the goods back to us. The customer bears the costs of return shipping. Returns can only be made in the original packaging and in an unused condition. A fee of 10% of the sales price will be charged for the restocking of battery storage devices. The BMS status must not have changed since delivery (firmware, charging cycles). Shipping costs are not refundable.
